At Retaam Alsharq, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering the best possible online shopping experience. Products purchased from our online store may be exchanged or returned in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
1. Exchange & Return Conditions
Exchange or return requests are accepted in the following cases:
- If the received product does not match the specifications displayed on the Ritam Alsharq website.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or fault.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories included, in its original packaging, and completely unopened.
2. Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange or Return
- If an incorrect or non-conforming product is received, the product must not be opened or used, and the packaging must remain intact. If the product is opened or the packaging is damaged, Ritam Alsharq reserves the right to reject the exchange or return request.
- Used, damaged, or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If products are part of a bundle or promotional offer and one or more items are returned, the returned item(s) will be recalculated at their original price before the discount or promotion.
3. Exchange & Return Period
- Products may be exchanged within 10 days from the order date.
- Products may be returned within 7 days from the order date.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund processing begins after the returned product has been received and inspected at Retaam Alsharq’s warehouse.
- Refund processing by the store takes 3 to 7 business days.
- For credit card payments, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.
- The bank may take an additional 3 to 14 business days to complete the refund process.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the refund will be credited to the customer’s e-wallet balance for future purchases.
- Original shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
5. Free Shipping & Return Costs
- If the customer wishes to return a product without a valid reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
- If free shipping was applied and the returned order reduces the total value to less than 300, the following will be deducted:
- The value of the free shipping previously granted.
The return shipping cost.
In case of exchange after benefiting from free shipping and the total order value becomes less than 300, the following will apply:
- Deduction of the free shipping value.
- Deduction of the return shipping cost.
- A new shipping fee will be charged for sending the replacement product.
6. Order Cancellation
- If the customer requests order cancellation after the shipment has left our warehouse but before receiving it, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
- If one or more items are unavailable, the refunded amount will be processed according to the credit card refund policy stated above.
